Transfer Information

Von Steuben is not accepting transfer applications.  Transfer applications for 9th grade are not reviewed and no transfers occur in the middle of the school year.
 

Applications are only considered for Von Steuben's honors, Scholar Program.  Interested applicants will have to provide the following information:

  • An updated transcript. Students with D's, F's, or Incompletes will not be considered

  • An official copy of your transcript will be required upon acceptance, we recommend you have the school email them directly to [email protected] , this will help speed the process

  • Any supporting documents that may be relevant

Transferring Out?
 
Current students who are looking to transfer out should contact our Registrar,
Ms. Plaud, at [email protected]
  1. There is a release withdrawal form that needs to be completed. 
  2. School fees must be paid. You can pay through the parent portal with a credit card or in person (Cash only).
  3. Return of school property, i.e., assigned Chromebook with charger, library books, textbooks, instruments, uniforms, calculators, etc. 
  4. Lastly, an acceptance letter from the school you are transferring your child to will be needed to complete the release.
