Transcript Requests

Current Students
Students can download their transcripts through Schoolinks.
 
Former Students
Von Steuben no longer has permanent academic records for students who graduated/left on or before 2007. If you need a copy of your transcript you must order it directly from CPS Student Records Transcripts or (773) 535-4110.
 
All other requests:
You may request transcripts via email by providing the following information in writing to Mary Plaud, at [email protected]. 
  1. Full Name (Maiden name, too, if applicable)
  2. Current Phone Number 
  3. Birth date
  4. Graduation year
  5. Your signature and date of request
$5 cash, cashier's check or money order (no personal checks) payable to Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center.
 
Transcript will be sent once payment is received.
 
Unofficial transcripts for personal use can be sent via email at no charge.
 
Please note:
We are unable to provide copies of Diplomas. If you are a Former student in need of proof of Graduation, please follow above directions to request a transcript.
 
STUDENTS WHO GRADUATED THIS SUMMER WILL  AUTOMATICALLY HAVE THEIR TRANSCRIPTS SENT TO THE UNIVERSITY THEY'RE ATTENDING.

Transferring Out?
  1. There is a release withdrawal form that needs to be completed. 
  2. School fees must be paid. You can pay through the parent portal with a credit card or in person (Cash only).
  3. Return of school property, i.e., assigned Chromebook with charger, library books, textbooks, instruments, uniforms, calculators, etc. 
  4. Lastly, an acceptance letter from the school you are transferring your child to will be needed to complete the release.
