Transfer Information
Von Steuben is not accepting transfer applications. Transfers never occur in the middle of the school year.
Should we accept transfer applications, they are only considered for Von Steuben's honors Scholar Program. Please check back in early June for updated information.
When we accept applications, applicants will have to provide the following information:

An updated transcript. Students with D's, F's, or "Incompletes" will not be considered
- Attendance and discipline records are reviewed
- All school debt must be settled
- An official copy of your transcript will be required upon acceptance, we recommend you have the school email them directly to [email protected] , this will help speed the process
9th grade applications are not reviewed, Von Steuben uses a waitlist.

Transferring Out?
Current students who are looking to transfer out should contact our Registrar,
Ms. Plaud, at [email protected]
- There is a release withdrawal form that needs to be completed.
- School fees must be paid. You can pay through the parent portal with a credit card or in person (Cash only).
- Return of school property, i.e., assigned Chromebook with charger, library books, textbooks, instruments, uniforms, calculators, etc.
- Lastly, an acceptance letter from the school you are transferring your child to will be needed to complete the transfer.
